These below are the main Villas in Lake Como where I'm asked for availability.
Keep in mind that under no circumstances will any price below be addressed to me and I'll not charge the requested rate in any way.
The prices bellow are only for private (personal) photo shoots
Prices may change from year to year, if you book me for next year and not the Villa there may be some change by the Villa from the previous year.
It is not my responsibility if the prices change, I only inform you that there is a price to pay in the Villas.

Villa del Balbianello
€400 During opening hours (with tourists around) every day from 10am until 6pm, not on Monday and Wednesday. With normal dress
€600 During opening hours (with tourists around) every day from 10am until 6pm, not on Monday and Wednesday. In bride and groom dress
€600 Private Corner in the garden for 30 mins during opening time (based on the availability) with a bottle of prosecco with glasses and a table with 2 chairs :

€2000 During closing hours after 6pm or on Monday and Wednesday In bride and groom or normal dress
Maximum 2 hours and only upon reservation, up to 10 people (for more people costs to define)

Villa MELZI
€350 (+ taxes 22% = €427) during opening hours : every day from 10am to 7pm. Full day booking.
Every person enter pay €10
Payment by card at ticket office same day or by bank transfer before (for proposals is the best option the last one)

Villa monastero
€300 during opening hours
€1000 during opening hours with use of an exclusive area (for example the lakeside balcony)
€1.300 During closing hours
Only 1 hour for the photo shoot.

Villa carlotta
€1000 (+22% taxes) for the only garden
€1500 (+22% taxes) for garden and museum

time for photo shoot : 1h 30m
Quote valid only for the bride and groom and the photographer (+ eventually assistant). Other guest needs to pay the normal ticket for enter.
No areas dedicated to the service will be reserved and it will be necessary to guarantee the flow of visitors. In the museum, no easels and no flash.

If you are a guest in a Hotel in Lake Como where the location could be magical for your photo shoot.
Please check with the event manager of your Hotel the possibility to use the common areas for a photo shoot.
